Cristiano Bassani
Truffle Pig’s Executive Chef Cristiano Bassani who’s bringing a lifetime of experience cooking authentic Italian cuisine. Cristiano was born in Bergamo, Italy, and has served in some of the best kitchens across the world during his 36 years in the restaurant industry. From Italy to New York to the Virgin Islands to Chicago, Cristiano has traveled the world pursuing his passion and life’s work of being a chef. Chef Cristiano is dedicated to simplicity, seasonality and sourcing the best ingredients available.
General Manager
Riccardo Lupi
Born and raised in Genoa, Italy, Riccardo Lupi brings over 40 years of hospitality experience to his role as General Manager. His career spans some of the finest restaurants in Portofino, Miami Beach, California, and Washington, D.C., before making his way to Oshkosh. Riccardo is known for his deep expertise in fine dining operations and his exceptional knowledge of international wines.
